The Call GRL is operated by The Call Grl Radio LLC (“The Call GRL,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Call GRL operates a media, commentary, entertainment, interview, talk-radio/podcast, and interactive platform through our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services may allow users to listen to programming, communicate with us, leave voicemails or other recordings, submit written stories, questions or information, participate in interviews or other media, subscribe to communications, and interact with other features we may make available.
Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and infrastructure used to operate portions of the Services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use our Services, communicate with us, or provide information or material to The Call GRL.
Our separate Terms of Use, Submission Terms and Media Release govern the submission and authorized editorial or media use of stories, recordings, voicemails, interviews, communications, and other submitted content.

Submission does not guarantee publication or broadcast.

Information intentionally submitted for possible publication or broadcast should not be considered confidential merely because it was submitted through a form, voicemail, email, or other private communication channel.
Public anonymity and legal confidentiality are not the same thing.

4. SUBMISSIONS, PUBLICATION AND PRIVACY
The Call GRL is an interactive media platform. Accordingly, information submitted to us may be handled differently from information provided to an ordinary commercial website.
If you intentionally provide a story, voicemail, recording, interview, statement, tip, question, photograph, document, or other material for consideration by The Call GRL, that material may be reviewed for possible editorial or media use in accordance with our Terms of Use, Submission Terms and Media Release.
The fact that material is initially submitted privately does not mean that the material will remain private if you have authorized its publication or broadcast.
The Call GRL may choose to anonymize or withhold identifying information as an editorial decision. However, unless we expressly agree otherwise, we do not guarantee that a Submission constitutes a legally confidential or privileged communication.
A request concerning personal information under applicable privacy law does not automatically rescind a media license or release previously granted to The Call GRL, nor does it automatically require removal of lawfully published or broadcast editorial material. We will evaluate requests in accordance with applicable law, our contractual rights and obligations, and any applicable legal exemptions.
5. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
A Submission may contain information about another person.
Submitters should provide only information reasonably relevant to their Submission and should not provide unnecessary Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, passwords, private authentication information, intimate images, precise private residential addresses, or similarly highly sensitive information.
We may redact, restrict, remove, preserve, investigate, or decline to use information in our editorial discretion and as appropriate under applicable law.

Our website is powered by Shopify.
