THE CALL GRL

The Call GRL and thecallgrl.com are operated by The Call Grl Radio LLC (“The Call GRL,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Call GRL is a media, commentary, entertainment, interview, and talk-radio/podcast platform. Content may include host commentary, interviews, listener calls, voicemails, written submissions, personal experiences, opinions, discussions of current or cultural topics, and other editorial material.

By accessing the website, submitting material, leaving a voicemail, communicating a story or tip, participating in a recording, or otherwise providing content to The Call GRL, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. GENERAL MEDIA AND EDITORIAL DISCLAIMER

The Call GRL publishes and broadcasts a mixture of commentary, opinion, personal experiences, entertainment, interviews, listener-submitted material, and other editorial content.

Statements made by callers, guests, listeners, submitters, or other third parties are their own statements and do not necessarily represent the views, conclusions, factual assertions, or endorsements of The Call GRL or The Call Grl Radio LLC.

The Call GRL does not represent that every statement made by a caller, guest, submitter, or other third party has been independently verified.

Content may involve disputed events, competing recollections, personal opinions, allegations, or subjective interpretations of experiences.

Nothing appearing on The Call GRL should be understood as a judicial determination, official finding, or representation that an allegation concerning any person has been legally established.

The Call GRL reserves complete editorial discretion concerning whether and how submitted material is investigated, verified, edited, contextualized, anonymized, declined, published, broadcast, removed, or otherwise used.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Content provided through The Call GRL is for informational, journalistic, commentary, and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing published or broadcast constitutes legal, medical, psychological, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

Listeners and users should consult appropriately qualified professionals concerning their individual circumstances.

3. THIRD-PARTY SUBMISSIONS

The Call GRL may permit individuals to submit stories, experiences, questions, tips, messages, documents, photographs, recordings, voicemails, or other materials (“Submissions”).

A Submission remains the responsibility of the person providing it.

By making a Submission, you represent and warrant that:

you are at least 18 years old;
you are submitting the material voluntarily;
the information you provide reflects your honest recollection, experience, opinion, or belief;
you will not knowingly provide materially false or fabricated factual information;
you will not knowingly impersonate another person;
you will not knowingly submit fabricated evidence or altered material represented as authentic;
you have the legal right to provide the Submission and any materials included with it;
your Submission does not knowingly violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights;
you understand that allegations concerning identifiable individuals may have serious consequences; and
you understand that The Call GRL may rely upon these representations in deciding whether to investigate, edit, publish, or broadcast your Submission.

You are responsible for the statements and materials you provide.

4. TRUTHFULNESS AND DOCUMENTATION

If your Submission contains factual allegations about another person, you agree to provide truthful information to the best of your knowledge and recollection.

The Call GRL may request documents, screenshots, communications, photographs, recordings, public records, witness information, or other material that may help evaluate a Submission.

Providing material does not guarantee publication.

The Call GRL may decline or discontinue a story at any time and for any reason.

5. IDENTIFIABLE THIRD PARTIES

Do not provide unnecessary private information about another individual.

In particular, submitters should not provide Social Security numbers, financial-account information, passwords, private authentication information, precise private residential addresses, private medical records, intimate images, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested by The Call GRL for legitimate editorial review.

The Call GRL may redact, omit, anonymize, alter, or decline to publish identifying information in its sole editorial discretion.

6. RECORDING AND MEDIA CONSENT

If you intentionally leave a voicemail, recorded message, interview, call, or other audio or audiovisual Submission for The Call GRL, you understand that you are providing material to a media platform for possible recording, editing, reproduction, publication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, and other editorial use.

You expressly consent to The Call GRL recording communications that you knowingly initiate or participate in for submission, interview, or broadcast purposes.

You grant The Call Grl Radio LLC permission to record, reproduce, edit, excerpt, transcribe, adapt, publish, broadcast, distribute, display, promote, archive, and otherwise use your Submission, voice, statements, and materials in connection with The Call GRL and its related media.

This permission applies worldwide and across media now known or later developed, including podcasts, streaming services, websites, social media, promotional materials, advertising for The Call GRL, compilations, clips, excerpts, and derivative editorial programming.

7. CONTENT LICENSE

You retain whatever ownership rights you otherwise possess in original material you submit.

However, by submitting material, you grant The Call Grl Radio LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, record, edit, adapt, excerpt, translate, transcribe, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, promote, archive, and create derivative works from the Submission in connection with The Call GRL, its programming, promotion, distribution, and related media activities.

You understand that you will not be entitled to compensation, royalties, approval rights, or additional notice unless The Call Grl Radio LLC separately agrees otherwise in writing.

8. EDITORIAL CONTROL

Submission does not create a right to publication.

The Call Grl Radio LLC maintains exclusive editorial control.

We may:

edit a Submission for length or clarity;
excerpt a Submission;
rearrange portions for editorial presentation;
redact identifying information;
add commentary or context;
investigate or fact-check information;
contact individuals discussed in a Submission;
seek additional sources;
decline to use a Submission;
remove previously published material; or
use only a portion of a Submission.

We are not required to provide a submitter with editorial approval or a preview before publication.

However, The Call GRL will not knowingly alter a Submission for the purpose of causing it to communicate a materially false factual meaning.

9. ANONYMITY

The Call GRL may permit anonymous or pseudonymous presentation to the public.

Public anonymity is not a guarantee of absolute confidentiality or legal privilege.

Even where The Call GRL agrees not to publicly identify a submitter, identity or other information may have to be disclosed when required by valid legal process or applicable law.

The Call GRL may also retain internal information concerning the source of a Submission for editorial, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF CONFIDENTIAL SOURCE STATUS

Merely contacting The Call GRL does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, legally privileged relationship, confidential-source agreement, or other protected relationship.

Any special confidentiality arrangement must be expressly agreed to by The Call Grl Radio LLC.

11. RIGHT TO CONTACT SUBJECTS AND VERIFY INFORMATION

The Call GRL may independently investigate information contained in a Submission.

This may include contacting individuals or organizations mentioned in the Submission and giving them an opportunity to respond.

The Call GRL has no obligation to conduct any particular level of investigation or to contact any particular person before deciding whether to use material.

12. PROHIBITED SUBMISSIONS

You may not knowingly use The Call GRL to:

submit fabricated allegations;
impersonate another person;
submit fraudulent or manipulated evidence as genuine;
threaten violence;
solicit criminal activity;
engage in stalking or unlawful harassment;
publish intimate material without lawful authorization;
unlawfully expose protected private information;
infringe intellectual-property rights; or
use the platform primarily as an instrument for unlawful retaliation or harassment.

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect the Company or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or address credible threats to safety.

13. ASSUMPTION OF PUBLICATION RISK

You understand that participation in media can result in public attention, criticism, disagreement, online discussion, or responses from people discussed in a Submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with authorized publication of your Submission.

14. RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and discharge The Call Grl Radio LLC and its owners, hosts, employees, contractors, producers, editors, distributors, licensees, successors, and assigns from claims arising from the Company’s authorized exercise of the rights you grant under these Submission Terms.

This release does not waive rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. INDEMNIFICATION BY SUBMITTERS

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Call Grl Radio LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, hosts, producers, editors, agents, licensees, distributors, successors, and assigns from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, damages, and reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees arising from:

materially false information you knowingly provided;
your breach of these Terms;
material you submitted without having the necessary rights or authorization; or
your unlawful conduct in connection with a Submission.

This provision is intended to allocate responsibility for material supplied by submitters and does not eliminate any non-waivable obligation imposed upon The Call Grl Radio LLC by law.

16. USER-GENERATED AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Call GRL provides opportunities for third parties to communicate information and experiences.

Third-party statements belong to their respective speakers or submitters.

The Call GRL reserves the right to moderate, investigate, edit, decline, restrict, or remove third-party material but does not undertake a general obligation to verify every third-party statement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to expand or waive any protection, immunity, privilege, defense, or limitation of liability available to The Call Grl Radio LLC under federal or state law.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for third-party material and material otherwise identified, The Call GRL name, branding, graphics, original recordings, programming, website content, original written content, production elements, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Call Grl Radio LLC and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.

18. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

The Call GRL respects intellectual-property rights.

A person who believes material appearing through The Call GRL infringes their copyright may contact us with sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, their contact information, and the basis of their claim.

The Company may remove or restrict material while evaluating a complaint.

19. CORRECTIONS AND RESPONSE REQUESTS

The Call GRL welcomes good-faith requests concerning material that a person believes contains a material factual error.

Requests should identify the specific statement at issue and provide supporting information explaining the alleged error.

Submission of a request does not require removal, retraction, correction, or any particular editorial response. The Call GRL retains editorial discretion subject to applicable law.

20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website, Submission system, recordings, episodes, archives, or other services will always remain available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged.

We may modify, suspend, remove, archive, or discontinue features or content.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CALL GRL AND THE CALL GRL RADIO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PLATFORM.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes concerning these Terms or a Submission shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and users and submitters consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

25. CHANGES

The Call Grl Radio LLC may modify these Terms prospectively.

The version applicable to a Submission will ordinarily be the version presented or made available when that Submission was made, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

26. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Call GRL’s Submission features are intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a story, voicemail, recording, tip, or other Submission.

Do not submit material if you are under 18.

27. ACCEPTANCE

By checking an acceptance box, signing electronically, submitting written material, or intentionally providing a voicemail, recording, interview, or other Submission after being presented with these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable Submission Terms.

The Call GRL features commentary, opinion, personal experiences, interviews, and listener-submitted content. Statements by callers, guests, and submitters are their own and may not have been independently verified. Allegations are not findings of fact. The Call GRL retains editorial control and may edit, investigate, contextualize, anonymize, decline, or remove submitted material.
